John Pettit

I was born in Australia of English parents and brought up in South Devon. I graduated from Southampton Medical School and then completed my GP training in Bristol, Poole and Cairns Australia. I became a ¾ time partner here in 1996, with interests in heart disease prevention, Western medical acupuncture, sports medicine and mental health. When I am not in the surgery, I represent North Wiltshire practices on the Wiltshire Clinical Commissioning Group (what was the Health Authority), and carry out appraisals for other local GPs.  I have four mostly grown up children. Interests include photography, cycling and running.

Dr Jackie Neale
MB ChB  DA DRCOG (Reg 1983 Birmingham)

Originally from rural Shropshire, I qualified in 1983 and spent the first 10 years of my career in a variety of hospital based specialities in Birmingham and Shropshire. This gave me a broad base of experience upon which to build as I came into the world of general practice in 1993. I joined this surgery in 1995, and am happily settled here, living in a local village. As a general practitioner I am pleased to see anyone about any kind of medical problem. I do have interests in the subjects of diabetes, addiction issues, mental health, and have been involved with postnatal mother and baby checks for many years. Away from the surgery I have always appreciated being close to nature and the countryside ; in contrast I also have a lifelong enthusiasm for motorsport and road/track pursuits.
