We know that some patients have been experiencing difficulties with accessing appointments, and we recognise that things have been difficult for staff and patients over the last 18 months.

Our vision is to create a system that provides ‘the right care, at the right time, with the right person’ and patient involvement in this process is vital if we are to get it right.
