How to order medication with Malmesbury Primary Care Centre

The quickest and easiest way to order your repeat medications is with the NHS App.

The NHS App is free to download, and allows you to order your repeat prescriptions any time of the day or night.

You can also see when your prescription has been signed by a GP, and choose or change your nominated pharmacy!

What if I need to order by telephone?

To aid with the transition of POD’s closure, we will open an interim phoneline from 1st June, that will allow those who cannot use the App or Online Services, to order via the telephone.

Please note, this line will only be open for a limited duration during the working day.

We kindly request that this line is kept clear for those who truly cannot order via the App, and urge all other patients to use the App so that those with the greatest need for telephone support are able to get through to our team.
