Non-urgent advice: Patient Survey

We know that some patients have been experiencing difficulties with accessing appointments, and we recognise that things have been difficult for staff and patients over the last 18 months. Our vision is to create a system that provides ‘the right care, at the right time, with the right person’ and patient involvement in this process is vital if we are to get it right.

We would be very grateful if you could take a minute to answer a few questions on your experiences and preferences to help us to help you in the future!

Thank you, Malmesbury Primary Care Centre
